  Went in there with my mom so we can get our old family truck smogged. We asked about the service and a guy who said his name was mel, spoke to my mother in a condescending way like she was a baby, then he says his smog tech is out for an HOUR LONG LUNCH. Okay?..... In my 2 jobs im lucky to get 20 mins for lunch....... he continues to answer questions in a brushing off arrogant kind of way....... im glad we didnt pay our money to these disrespectful clowns. Mel, you need to learn how to speak to people respectfully and without your little arrogant tone.
